  Very poor customer service.
  I cancelled the service after trying it for less than 1 month and was told I would receive a refund of my bottle deposit in the mail, yet they continued to bill me after picking up the equipment. The phone rep said she couldn't do anything and would have to have the route manager contact me. Instead of him calling me back (Which I explicitly requested) he had the phone rep email me that they wouldn't reverse the charges. Worse yet, they haven't refunded the bottle deposit to the account. Further requests have gone without response.
