  This place is a joke!! Woodview placed me in a building where they had roaches and claimed they try to put just males in that building since guys wouldn't care as much. Personally I think that's disgusting the whole building should have been shut down instead. I have a HUGE problem with bugs! The generic exterminator came TWICE and I still had roaches. They eventually moved me into another building and 2 weeks later...yup you guessed it ROACHES! Now I can do a spider, ant, or a little fly but a roach is serious they leave babies! So I tell the director about my issue and he seems to have a little attitude once we tell him about our issue. Claiming we could of brought them from the other apartment which could be true but, I know for a FACT that I shook out all my clothing and everything very good to prevent that. I'm also a major clean freak so I know that it can't be because of me. Other people have also complained about this situation as well. They really didn't seem to concerned so I plan on moving out in the next 2 weeks because I cant stand it. I also did not like the laundry area being all the way in the main office building. Dragging bags of laundry over there is not something that I planned on doing every time I needed some clean clothes especially when it gets cold with snow on the ground. Even the director said he had roaches in his apartment. But I guess he cool with that! This place actually expects me to pay 50% of each months rent till may because i broke my lease which is NOT happening. I go to court if i have to Place needs to be shut down in my opinion
